Kindergarten Payment Bot

A Telegram bot that tracks monthly fees, debts and payments for a kindergarten and automatically reminds parents.

Problem

Payments were tracked by hand in a notebook and Excel. Administrators spent hours calling parents about debts, mistakes were common and nobody had a clear picture of monthly income.

Solution

I built an aiogram 3 bot backed by PostgreSQL. Parents see their child’s balance and payment history; administrators register payments in a few taps, view debtors and get monthly statistics. Scheduled jobs send polite reminders before and after the due date.
