Problem

Patients called the clinic for every small question, appointments were written on paper and treatment history was scattered, so the doctor lost time and information.

Solution

A Django application with Django Channels: patients register with name and phone, book appointments and write to the doctor in a WebSocket chat. Staff get a dashboard with live chats, patient list, appointment statuses and a treatment history with photos and next-visit dates.
