Напоминания по расписанию в aiogram 3 с APScheduler

Reminder bots are one of the most requested Telegram projects: payment reminders, appointment reminders, subscription renewals. Here's the approach I used in the Kindergarten Payment Bot.

The setup

AsyncIOScheduler runs jobs inside the same event loop as aiogram, so jobs can await bot methods directly.

Lessons learned

1. Handle blocked users. People block bots — catch TelegramForbiddenError and stop messaging them.
2. Respect rate limits. Telegram allows ~30 messages per second; a small sleep keeps you safe.
3. Use the right timezone. Always set it explicitly on the scheduler.
4. Make jobs idempotent. Store when a reminder was sent so a restart never sends duplicates.
